GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR AUREE

The registered address is 38, Drakefield Road, London, SW17 8RP. Auree is our trading name. For the purpose of these terms and conditions of web site use, Auree means www.aureejewellery.com.  These terms and conditions govern your use of www.aureejewellery.com and purchase of goods or services from the site. By continuing to access the Auree site you are accepting and consenting to these terms & conditions, which may be updated at any time - we therefore recommend a regular visit to this page. Your continued use of the site signifies your agreement to any modified terms and conditions.

Our privacy policy can be found here. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions and every transaction will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.

 

CONTRACT

No contract will exist between you and Auree for the sale of any product until Auree has accepted and dispatched your order. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only those aged 18 & over are entitled to enter into these legally binding contracts.  We reserve the right to cancel any order without giving reason or notice and will refund you the full amount.

 

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions.  All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.  We must receive the payment in whole.  Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch of our products to you unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order.

 

ORDERING ONLINE

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure and we do not store any financial information.  We use a payment processing partner who is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 (thats the highest you can get). We also use SSL on our payment, login and registration pages to keep your data secure. 

 

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

If you wish to cancel an order please email us immediately at returns@aureejewellery.com.  They can be cancelled at any time up until the order is dispatched.  If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore please return the parcel for a refund when it is received.  Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for bespoke orders or personal orders that include any personalisation e.g. engraving.

 

PRICES

The prices payable for goods are shown on the product pages and are correct on the date the customer places the order.  They include VAT and are in UK Pounds.  Any prices shown in printed material (except for errors/emissions) are correct at time of printing but are subject to change without any prior notice.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

We may offer promotional discount codes, which may apply in respect of orders made at Auree. These codes may only be used on full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts. We retain the right to withdraw or cancel a discount or promotion at any time. 

CHRISTMAS STOCKING COMPETITION 2024

Promoter: Hosted by Auree Jewellery in collaboration with Anna Wright, Addison Ross, Tom Lane, Plum & Ashby, Spots & Stripes, Tinwood Estate, Banana London, Turnball & Hooch, and Noble Macmillan.

Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of The Promoters.

Competition Period: From 9am on Wednesday 4th December 2024 until midnight on Wednesday 11th December 2024.

Entry Instructions: Only entries made via the dedicated Competition Form will be accepted. Only one entry per person is permitted. All additional entries will be disqualified. No third party or bulk entries. Incomplete or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed, or not received for whatsoever reason. 

Prize Fund: Full list of prizes is available on the Competition Entry Form. This list is final.

Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected by a computerised random generator from all entries.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email via the account provided at point of entry within 14 days of the closing date and will have 14 days from notification to claim the prize. If a winner does not claim the prize within this timeframe the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the competition and acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. There is no cash or alternative prizes. The Promoters reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.

Delivery: Each brand (under The Promoters) will post out their corresponding prize directly to the winner. 

The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid disappointment.

Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoters will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted in to future marketing from the Promoters. 

SAMPLE SALE (applicable when live on site)

Products that contain the name ‘sample’ or 'pre-engaved' form our Sample Sale. These items are sold as seen online so please carefully review the product details and images provided before making your purchase decision. All sales are final, and sample sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 
While we strive to maintain the highest standards, please note that these items are samples, and not part of our main collection. With this in mind, they may exhibit minor imperfections or variations. This is a natural aspect of sample items, however in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for further assistance.

Any order under the value of £30 will be charged £2.85 postage for Tracked Royal Mail 48hr delivery service which will take approximately 3-5 days to reach you. 

Auree reserve the right to remove this offer at any point, without notice.

 

DELIVERY

The delivery prices for orders are set out in our Delivery & Returns section. All prices are inclusive of VAT.  Items will be sent to the delivery address provided at time of order – it is your responsibility to ensure this is correct.  If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.  Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to international countries are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS

Goods purchased from Auree may be returned within 100 days of purchase providing that the items are unused and in their original condition & packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.  Customised items, e.g. special orders, engraved orders etc are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international deliveries) - Royal Mail deems items as “lost” after this amount of time.  We advise all items are delivered to home addresses as if an item is delivered to an office, it can sometimes go missing if signed for by a colleague or left in an unknown place.

 

LIABILITY

If the goods we deliver are incorrect, damaged or the incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery.  If you do not receive goods ordered within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be to redeliver, refund or replace any damaged item. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

So far as permitted by law, we exclude any liability for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the site.

The entire content of the website, including all designs, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, including the use of the name Auree is the sole property of Auree and its licensors. You are not permitted to publish, distribute, manipulate or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

 

ACCESS

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We do not guarantee that this site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that errors will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through this site.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and Auree in respect of the sale, purchase and use of our goods. They replace any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these terms and conditions are binding on us unless agreed by us in writing. From time to time our site may also contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
