It goes without saying that everything is beautifully and securely packaged to be safely delivered to its new home looking its very smartest and shiniest. Once an order is dispatched, we will email you including details of how to track your order.

We offer a FREE reliable & insured delivery service for all International Orders, plus the option to upgrade to an Express and Tracked courier service if you need your item a little quicker. We have lots of loyal International customers who regularly order from us. Do read their reviews on Trustpilot to hear about their experience.
FREE Tracked International Delivery | approx. 1-3 weeks, although further afield destinations can take up to 1 month. We use both Royal Mail and DHL to fulfil this service.
DHL International Express Delivery | £29.95 | Europe & USA: approx. 1-3 days | Rest of World: 2-6 days.
Customs Please note that International Orders will be subject to customs and/or import duties and tax charges applied on reaching the destination country outside of the UK. Auree does not cover these costs so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be applied. As customs vary by country and as a small business, we are unfortunately unable to advise on these specific charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you are unsure of what they will be. Unfortunately now that the UK has left the EU, there are customs charges for all orders delivered within the EU.
International returns are the customer's responsibility and Auree unfortunately cannot cover the shipping cost. Please contact us at contact@aureejewellery.com if you would like to make an International return and we will advise of the next steps.
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
To only like your Auree jewellery is not enough for us, we want you to LOVE it. So if you wish you had chosen something different, or you like the look of our new collections, we are happy to help you exchange your item or provide a full refund. All UK Returns are completely FREE.
You have up to 100 days from when you receive your order to return your items and apply for a refund. We just ask that they arrive back with us as beautiful as when you received them.
Earrings are included in our returns policy: we happily accept full refunds or exchanges on earrings. They are thoroughly cleaned at our workshop before resale.

We want your jewellery to be perfect for you, so you have the option to exchange your item up to 100 days after receiving it.
Please return the item UNWORN to us.
Please include your name, address and contact details, clearly state what you would like to exchange your item for and where you would like the new item to be sent.
We will be in touch as soon as it arrives with us and send the new item to you straight away.
If any additional payment is required we will invoice you for the difference or vice versa, we will refund the difference if the item is less expensive.

- If you don’t have a printer, you can show the QR code (from the Royal Mail confirmation email) to the post office and they will print the label for you.
- Please return the item unworn in the Auree box. We receive a lot of post so include your full name, address and order number and we can process your return as quickly as possible.
- We will be in touch as soon as it arrives back with us, and aim to refund you within 1-2 working days.

International Returns postage cost is covered by the customer.
Make sure you get proof of postage and we recommend insuring your International Returns so you are fully covered.
We will let you know when your item is safely back with us and we have processed the refund. We aim to have your money refunded to you within 1-2 working days of the item being returned.
We hope you will understand that some items are unfortunately exempt from the right to exchange, return or cancel. This is mainly because they cannot be resold but we can always ask our workshop to adjust a size or alter them for you (for a minimal cost) if this is the case.
Engraved Items Returns
What CAN be returned? Any single side initial engraving (Westbourne, Pembroke, Westwick, Limerston, Langton, Barcelona and Bali).
What CANNOT be returned? Any other type of engraving e.g. multiple initials, initials on front and reverse of item, names, dates or other bespoke engraving.

- All 18ct Gold Russian Wedding Rings
- All Platinum Russian Wedding Rings
- All Russian Wedding Rings set with Diamonds or with Engraving
- 4mm 9ct Gold Russian Wedding Rings (All Rose & All White Gold only)
- 5mm & 6mm 9ct Gold Russian Wedding Bangles (All colours)
- 3mm & 4mm Russian Wedding Bangles (All Rose, All Yellow and All White only)
For items that cannot be returned or exchanged, we offer a resizing service at a cost of £35.

Further Exceptions include:
- Any item that is Made to Order, such as Signet Rings or Eternity Rings
- Any item made in solid 18ct Gold (all 18ct Gold Vermeil can be returned)
- Any Sample or Pre-Engraved Jewellery bought online or at fairs.
CUSTOMER CARE
In the unlikely event that something happens to your jewellery within the first few weeks of owning it, please email us on contact@aureejewellery.com so we can help you straight away.

Once registered, please email us for where to send your broken item. We will contact you as soon as it arrives to let you know whether we can either repair the item or replace it and get it sent straight back to you.
Please do not use our Royal Mail Returns Link if your item needs repairing. To help you as quickly as possible, broken items are looked after by our team at our London office. This is a different address to our standard returns.
Don't forget, our handy House Rules included with each order, are there to help you care for your jewellery so it should last a lifetime.
We want you to enjoy your jewels for decades to come and hang our hat on our quality promise, which is why every piece of Auree Jewellery is guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase.
If our design lets you down, the gold vermeil plating needs a little pick-me-up or something completely unexpected happens to your jewellery we will fix or replace it completely free of charge. Even if your jewellery was bought as a gift, or purchased from one of our lovely stockists. We’ve got you covered, no questions asked, and that’s our promise to you.
Please note: Your Five Year Guarantee is invalid if you have had your Auree jewellery repaired or altered by an another jeweller or workshop at any time. If this is the case, we will charge a small fee to repair the item.
We also cannot guarantee against lost or stolen items, it is always best to take out independant insurance for any high value jewellery items.
REPLATING
If your Gold Vermeil pieces need a little pick-me-up and look a little tired we can re-plate all our Gold Vermeil jewellery so that it’s restored to its former glory. We plate all our pieces in a thick layer of 18ct gold, making them beautifully shiny.
Prices start from £12.50 for this service depending on the item, and it will take up to 10 days for the re-plating to be completed.

REPAIRING
Whether it’s a broken clasp or a damaged link, we’re here to help. Just drop us an email to contact@aureejewellery.com ideally with a picture of your broken item and we will get to work on how best to restore your jewellery.
Repair prices start from £12.50 for Sterling Silver or Gold Vermeil and £22.50 for solid 9ct Gold. Please allow up to 10 days for repairs.

LOST AN EARRING?
Such a nightmare when this happens! But don’t worry, we sell all our earrings as singles. The cost will be approximately half the price of the full pair of earrings, naturally.
