Earlier this week on World Animal Day, we launched our very first charity collaboration with the talented Kelly Eastwood, aka The London Chatter.

We are really proud that 100% of the profits will be donated to For Rangers in conjunction with Tusk to support the rangers on the front line of the battle to save Africa’s elephants. Amelia and Kelly are both very passionate about the cause and have spent several months creating the collection together in London.

 

 

“As someone who loves accessorising with Maasai bead jewellery, it’s been exciting designing this very personal collection influenced by my Kenyan roots – I love that you can wear these bracelets from day to night and layer the differing colours together. Through this creative collaboration with Auree, I hope to draw attention to wildlife conservation in Africa and the heroes on the front line protecting these magnificent animals from extinction.” 

Kelly gathered the A-team of bloggers including Niomi Smart, Liv Purvis and Juliet Angus, for a breakfast at Bronte designed by Tom Dixon, to launch the collaboration.

 

 

Feasting on pancakes and avocado toast, the conversation swiftly turned to how the number of elephants being poached has soared by 400% this year alone.

 

 

Kelly’s infectious enthusiasm for Africa, where she grew up, caught on with the stylish crowd who departed sporting engraved bracelets from the Tembo Collection and the determination that if we all do our bit, we can prevent a future without elephants.
